If you would like to request deletion of personal information associated with Facebook or Instagram that may have been provided to TradeTendr, please email:
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The business you interacted with
Verification and retention
We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or other legitimate business purposes.
If your information was submitted to a business using TradeTendr, that business may also independently retain information in accordance with its own privacy policy and legal obligations.
